The Clinton County Youth Bureau presents the "iHoops Skills Challenge" for boys and girls on Saturday, March 6th at the City Gym Complex on the U.S. Oval.  Registration begins at 9:30 am and the iHoops Challenge starts at 10 am.  This program is for ages 9 - 14 and is free of charge.
