In cooperation with ComLinks Women's Entrepreneurial Business Center, the North Country Small Business Development Center (SBDC) will present "Keeping Score to Win the Game: Cash is King" During this session, participants will learn to highlight the key performance indicators that drive their particular business models. Our facilitators will help participants create forecast scorecards with specific and measurable goals for the upcoming months. Particular attention will be paid to how cash flow influences business decisions and provide some helpful tips on managing operating capital.
